• Active membership in the Michigan Home Health Association National Association for Home Care.

• Has difficulty leaving the home.
• Is under the care of a physician.
• Is in need of skilled nursing care of rehabilitation services.
• Is eligible for Medicare home care services provided by a certified agency. Medicare covers 100% of home health care visits.

We provide services to all persons without regard to race, color, gender, sexual preference, diagnosis, marital status, religion, national origin, handicap or age.

Additional Services

Within the "Spectrum" of your needs, we are able to coordinate Home Medical Equipment, Infusion Services and Private Duty needs.
